Dr Long graduated from University College London with distinction, sporting a 1st Class Degree BSc Hons in Anatomy and trained locally and is familiar with the local services. Dr Long will be primarily based at the Rayleigh Road Branch, and is a huge asset to the practice.

 

 


 

Generic vs Branded - planned medication changes

Prescribing within the NHS should be as cost-effective as possible. One of the ways this is achieved is through prescribing generically instead of the branded version (i.e perindopril vs coversyl). This is usually cheaper and increases the stock available to the chemist.
