We take all complaints very seriously.
Before making a complaint, please raise your concerns verbally with either the Branch Manager or the Practice Manager.
If the concern you have raised cannot be be sorted out by the end of the following day, you then need to make a formal complaint to the Practice Manager, who will ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly. You will receive acknowledgment advice within 3 days and on full investigation, a full response within 28 days.
Complaining On behalf of Someone else
If you are complaining on behalf of someone else, the Practice needs to know that you have gained their permission to do so. The person concerned will need to sign a Consent Note before we can respond, unless they are incapable of providing this due to illness, disablity or a minor.
Complaining To Other Authorities

Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
As a last resort, if you are not happy with the response from the Practice or NHS England, you can then refer your complaint to the Ombudsman who investigate complaints about the NHS within England.
