We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice. However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.
To pursue a complaint please send an email to the practice manager at: [email protected] who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
You will receive an initial response within 10 days. While we always like to hear when we have done a good job, we would also like to know when we do not get things right.
We take all complaints seriously and investigate them thoroughly. We aim to learn from any mistakes and where necessary will make changes to our working practices.
