Information and advice on how to get involved with local projects in your community.
Get involved in local projects
My Health Matters Campaign:
Firstly, the ‘My Health Matters’ campaign by the Mid and South Essex Health and Care System aims to provide resources to help people in the area prioritize their health and well-being.
As part of this initiative, they are showcasing local residents who are taking steps to improve their own health as well as well-being in creative ways.
Do you have an inspiring story or approach you’d like to share?
The campaign is looking for case studies of people connecting with their local community, and including using unique tools or resources to enhance their wellness journey.
If you’re interested in being featured as a case study, then please visit My Health Matters – Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ics.nhs.uk) for more details on how to get involved.
